Mr. Daminda Perera

Mr. Daminda is an entrepreneur and a marketing & business development specialist by profession. Currently based in Singapore and having business in India, Sri Lanka and Singapore.

He is qualified with Bachelors of Commerce in Logistics Management Degree from the Curtin University of Technology, Perth, Australia. He also studied in Singapore Institute of Materials Management and Ceylon Hotel School and School of Tourism.

Mr Daminda is an educational leader with over fourteen years' of experience in Australia, Singapore, India and Sri Lanka. Expert in areas like logistics, hospitality and retailing management. He was a lecturer of English and Logistics Management at City of Manchester School of Management in Singapore. Also served as an Academic and Examination Board member.

As an education consultant, he has helped more than thousands of students from South Asia and other countries to go overseas for further studies.

He is a leader who believes in the importance of authenticity and is passionate about coaching in education as a means to create a learning culture across the organization. He believes that students learn best in an environment of high trust where they own their learning and have a sense of belonging to the learning community. He is delighted to lead the Global Academy of Hospitality and Management, at such an exciting stage in its development.

 

Ms. Chua Sing Zhi

Ms Chua Sing Zhi has more than 13 years of experience in the Singapore education industry. As the Deputy CEO and Director (Marketing and Business Development) of Beacon International College, Singapore she is equipped with management skills to run the daily operations of an education institute. With strong understanding of the Singapore education industry she is familiar with the Enhanced Registration Framework (ERF) and Edutrust requirements. Under her leadership, she and her team have attained the 4 years Edutrust and ERF award by the Committee for Private School Education (CPE).

Having obtained a Bachelor’s Degree from Monash University, Australia, Ms. Chua Sing Zhi has overseas education and work experience. With more than 13 years of experience in managing BTEC and University programmes, she is also Pearson Edexcel certified and attends yearly trainings. She has assumed the role of negotiating and validating partnership collaborations with Universities such as Cardiff Metropolitan University and University of South Wales (formerly known as University of Glamorgan).

Even though she is required to be creative and possess strong problem-solving ability in managing the college, she believes that for an organization to be successful there needs to be strong teamwork & integrity. Maintaining Quality Academic Standards and ensuring compliance are commitments of the college.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Ms. Teena Gupta Perera

Ms Teena Gupta Perera  based in Singapore and a Senior Education Consultant. She has more than 5 years experience in international education consultancy, events, hospitality industry and fashion, design and cosmetology. She has worked in many countries like India, Dubai, UK and Singapore. She is a Hotel Management graduate from Career Hub Institute of Hospitality and Management, India.

As the country manager for India in Beacon International College, Singapore. She is responsible for marketing, consulting and branding for India market. her vast experience has helped many organizations to tie-ups and collaboration in private education sector. As the Managing Director, he leads the teams of Deon International India and Studyplus Singapore (Pte) Ltd.

Her experience in various organizations and industries will help the Global Academy to enhance its presence in international arena.
